Location: 1316, Begum Rokeya Avenue, Kazipara, Mirpur, Dhaka 1216

Salary: BDT 20,000 – 28,000 (Based on Experience) + Sales Incentives

Working Hours: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Night Shift)

Job Type: Full-Time (On-site)

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients in the international market

Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments

Build rapport with prospects and confidently present the pitch

Follow up with leads and maintain accurate CRM records

Achieve daily and monthly performance targets while maintaining high call quality

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Call Center

Excellent spoken English with a clear and confident communication style

Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently

Good time management and a positive, professional attitude
