Super Star Renewable Energy Ltd. (SSREL), a leading renewable energy solution provider in Bangladesh, is expanding its Solar EPC & Tender Business Team. We are looking for a motivated and energetic professional to join our team as:

💼 Employment Type: Full-Time

The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting solar tender activities, business development, and project acquisition initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

✅ Identify and collect solar project tender opportunities from government, semi-government, and private sectors.

✅ Support the preparation and submission of technical & commercial tender documents.

✅ Assist in managing e-GP and Offline Tender Submission processes.

✅ Review tender documents, BOQ, specifications, and compliance requirements.

✅ Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams for tender preparation.

✅ Support preparation of solar system proposals, drawings, and technical documents.

✅ Maintain communication with clients, consultants, contractors, and relevant stakeholders.

✅ Assist in pre-bid meetings, tender clarification, and negotiation processes.

✅ Maintain tender records, market information, and project opportunity tracking.

🎓 B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE) from a recognized university.

Candidates having knowledge/training in Solar PV Systems, Renewable Energy, Electrical Design, or EPC Projects will get preference.

💼 1–2 years of relevant experience in:

• Solar Tender Sales
• Solar EPC Projects
• Renewable Energy Business Development
• Electrical Project Sales

The candidate should have:

✅ Basic understanding of PPR 2025 and government tender procedures.

✅ Knowledge of e-GP and Offline Tender processes.

✅ Ability to understand solar system technical specifications and BOQ.

✅ Basic knowledge of Solar PV System Design Drawing (SLD, Layout Drawing, etc.).

✅ Good communication and coordination skills with clients, consultants, and internal teams.

• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop expertise in solar tender business.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of AutoCAD/PV design software will be an added advantage.
