- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets for residential and commercial projects.
- Generate leads through phone calls, referrals, field visits, events and networking.
- Identify prospective clients and maintain regular follow-up to convert leads into sales.
- Arrange and conduct project visits for prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property solutions.
- Handle customer queries, negotiations and complaints professionally.
- Maintain and update customer database/CRM regularly.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly client visit and sales reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Perform other sales-related responsibilities assigned by management.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Marketing or relevant discipline.
