- Maintain accurate records of stock receipts, issues, and balances.
- Maintain proper inventory movement using FIFO (First In, First Out) and LIFO (Last In, First Out) methods according to company policy.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials.
- Receive, inspect, and store raw materials and finished goods.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
- Ensure proper documentation of inward and outward materials.
- Prepare and process purchase orders.
- Ensure orders are approved and issued according to company policies.
- Coordinate with the production and procurement departments.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain proper storage conditions and ensure workplace cleanliness.
- Operate inventory management software and maintain store records.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with organizational policies and legal regulations.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
- Experience: 2-5 years
- Education: bachelor in any discipline
- Skills: inventory management, stock management, inventory control, stock taking, stock control
