Job Description

Arrow Footwear Limited is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR professional to join our team as an Executive/Sr. Executive (HR & Payroll). The incumbent will be primarily responsible for managing end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accurate salary disbursement, statutory compliance, and supporting core HR functions. This role is crucial in maintaining employee satisfaction and compliance with labor laws, contributing to the smooth operation of the HR department.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Need to independently handle: ( Amfori BSCI, SEDEX & Buyer COC etc.
• Manage monthly payroll processing and ensure accuracy in salary disbursement.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and other HR administrative tasks.
• Support employee queries related to HR and payroll matters.
  
  

Academic Qualifications

• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
• Concentration/Major: Graduation in any discipline
  
  

Others Requirements

• Age: 25 - 37 years
• Gender: Male
• Training/Course: MS Office
• Area of Expertise: Payroll Management
  
  

Experience And Skills

• 2 - 4 years
• Payroll Management
• Area of Business: Garments, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Textile
