- Ensure effective project planning and end-to-end project management to achieve organizational objectives.
- Monitor compliance with all relevant regulations and ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.
- Oversee and ensure completion of the full registration process within the defined timelines.
- Coordinate closely with the logistics and legal teams to facilitate a smooth and efficient registration process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper execution of tasks and project deliverables.
- Monitor and maintain quality control and quality assurance standards across all activities.
- Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure active stakeholder engagement and maintain strong working relationships.
- Execute project plans effectively while ensuring high standards of work quality.
- Experience: 2-5 years
- Education: bachelor of business administration (bba)
- Skills: overseeing projects, project management, project co-ordination, it project management, program management, project governance
