Major Duties And Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly salaries, overtime payments and annual bonuses for non-management employees and staff across textiles division.
• Maintain and update monthly employee data to keep payroll processing accurate and on time, including salary adjustments.
• Review and validate final settlement bills for non-management employees, in line with company policy and procedure.
• Oversee the full provident fund loan process, from application through BEFTN payment, with accurate and timely entry into the payroll software.
• Support factory HR teams during salary processing by preparing payslips, salary sheets and other essential documents.
