TV Hut, a growing Electronics & Home Appliance company, is looking for a responsible, organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as Executive – Accounts & Admin.

Salary: Negotiable, based on experience & capability

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Finance

• Maintain daily accounts, cash book, ledger and journal entries accurately.
• Record and verify daily sales, purchase, expenses, receipts and payments.
• Prepare and maintain sales invoices, bills, vouchers, money receipts and other financial documents.
• Perform daily sales and cash reconciliation.
• Maintain Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
• Prepare regular Bank Reconciliation Statements and monitor bank transactions.
• Maintain petty cash and ensure proper documentation of all expenses.
• Reconcile physical stock with sales/accounting software and identify discrepancies.
• Assist in preparing daily, weekly and monthly sales, expense, stock and financial reports.
• Monitor inventory-related financial records and support stock audits.
• Verify supplier bills, purchase documents and payment requests.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of all financial records.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, suppliers and other relevant parties when required.

Administration

• Manage day-to-day office administrative activities.
• Maintain office documents, records, files and important company information.
• Monitor office stationery, supplies, assets and administrative expenses.
• Coordinate with different departments for smooth daily operations.
• Maintain employee attendance, leave and other basic administrative records when required.
• Assist management in preparing reports, documents and official communications.
• Ensure proper maintenance and organization of office records and assets.
• Perform other accounts and administrative responsibilities assigned by management.
• Basic HR related task.

Educational Requirements

• BBA/B. Com/Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• MBA/M. Com in Accounting/Finance will be an added advantage.

Experience

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Admin.
• Experience in Electronics, Home Appliance, Retail, Showroom, E-commerce or Trading business will be highly preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong accounting knowledge and excellent Excel skills may also be considered.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Strong command of MS Excel.
• Experience with ERP/Accounting Software will be preferred.
• Basic practical knowledge of VAT & Tax.
• Ability to perform Sales & Inventory Reconciliation.
• Good numerical and analytical ability.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Honest, responsible, punctual and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
