Job Description

Dekko Accessories Ltd. is looking for a competent and experienced Executive/Senior Executive – Narrow Fabric to manage and coordinate the production, quality, planning, and day-to-day operations of narrow fabric products. The role will be responsible for ensuring smooth production processes, maintaining product quality and specifications, optimizing machine and manpower utilization, minimizing wastage, and achieving production targets. The position will also coordinate with merchandising, planning, quality, maintenance, and other relevant departments to ensure timely delivery and continuous improvement of narrow fabric operations.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage costing for all Narrow Fabric items, including elastic, tape, cord, and other special items.
• Calculate raw material (RM) requirements for all NF products accurately and efficiently.
• Plan, schedule, and execute production and delivery to meet order timelines.
• Plan and coordinate dyeing operations with dyeing houses and follow up to ensure timely completion.
• Communicate with the marketing team to track current order status and future projections.
• Coordinate with the store, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and dyeing house to ensure timely availability of required materials.
• Follow up on sample development and ensure on-time sample delivery.
• Monitor and ensure product quality, including measurement, color shade, shrinkage, tensile strength, appearance, and finishing standards.
• Maintain daily records and documents required for management reporting.
• Ensure Narrow Fabric floor compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Work with ERP systems for data management and operational tracking.
  
  

Academic Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Concentration/Major: BBS/BSc in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering Or Related Field
