- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee-related activities.
- Handle recruitment, CV screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee personal files, HR records, attendance, leave, and related documentation.
- Follow up Monthly roster of all kinds of staff including doctors, nurses and others.
- Assist in payroll, salary-related HR activities, and employee benefits.
- Prepare HR letters, notices, office orders, and other official documents.
- Support performance appraisal, confirmation, promotion, transfer, and disciplinary processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable Bangladesh Labour Laws and Rules.
- Handle employee queries and support employee relations.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases.
- Perform any other HR-related duties assigned by management.
- Experience: 3-5 years
- Education: master of business administration in human resource management
