- Conduct need analysis to identify skill gaps and future learning needs for Outlet staff.
- Designing, developing, and delivering training programs as per business needs.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in learning and development and incorporate best practices into programs.
- Delivering new Joiner Induction Training.
- Package Employee Training Module prepare, co-ordinate, prepare training plan and delivering as per management decision.
- Training budget prepare and settle after training.
- Monthly Training Report prepare and share with management.
- Conduct needs analysis to identify skill gaps and future learning needs for management staff.
- Assist to Develop engaging and effective learning programs, both in-person and online.
- Implement a variety of learning methods (e.g., coaching, mentoring, e-learning, workshops) to address diverse learning needs.
- Coordinate with external training providers and manage training logistics.
- Align training programs with career development and succession planning.
- Maintain all training documentation & share the report with stakeholder for further plan & Improvement.
- Experience: 3 years
- Education: bachelor of business administration in human resource management
