Visual Merchandising Strategy
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies aligned with the brand's positioning and seasonal campaigns.
- Ensure consistent execution of visual standards across all retail outlets.
- Interpret brand guidelines into impactful in-store visual experiences.
- Identify opportunities to improve store presentation and customer engagement.
- Design and execute attractive window displays, focal points, promotional areas, and in-store product presentations.
- Plan product placement to maximize visibility and commercial performance.
- Create seasonal, festive, promotional, and campaign-based visual concepts.
- Optimize store layouts to improve customer flow and shopping experience.
- Collaborate with Retail, Buying, Merchandising, and Store Development teams on new store openings, renovations, and layout improvements.
- Recommend fixture placement and display solutions to maximize selling space.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Retail Operations, Procurement, and vendors for timely execution of visual projects.
- Source and supervise display materials, props, signage, mannequins, and fixtures.
- Conduct regular store visits to audit visual merchandising standards.
- Provide feedback and corrective action plans to store teams.
- Experience: At least 2 years
- Education: bachelor of fashion design
- Skills: visual merchandising, retail merchandising, retail design, merchandising strategies, fashion merchandising, merchandise planning, merchandising software
