- Enter and manage new tenant profiles
- Adjust monthly charges and recurring billing
- Create new leases and process lease renewals
- Enter and process vendor invoices; add and maintain vendor records
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Prepare bank reconciliations
- Prepare invoices and billing vouchers
- Contact overseas Accounts Payable parties as needed
- Generate reports from web-based software and interpret financial analytics for client management
- Submit daily work summary report to the in-charge
- Answer phone calls from tenants and vendors, and take detailed messages
- Log and track maintenance work orders
- Enter tenant service requests through the resident portal
- Diagnose and resolve tenant/vendor issues promptly
- Provide responsive, professional communication representing the client
- Other tasks as required by the management of Blue Pineapple Technology Ltd.
- Experience: 2-5 years
- Education: bachelor of business administration in accounting
