Purpose Of The Position
- Executive-Telemarketing is responsible for generating qualified leads for the CRDL and CPS business units. She is also responsible for accurately entering and maintaining lead data in the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-up and responding to customer queries to enhance the company's brand reputation and customer experience.
- Communicate with customers to assist them regarding any query.
- Make inbound and outbound calls/messages to encouraging customers to refer us to others.
- Follow up all the leads generated from social media to convert them into potential leads.
- Input all the lead data on CRM software to keep records of all the customers and leads.
- Respond to social media-based customer queries timely to increase the company brand's reputation.
- Experience: 1-3 years
- Education:
- Skills: telesales, telemarketing, call center operations, contact center management, customer relationship management (crm), inbound lead generation, call center management, customer relations
