- Supervise daily store and warehouse operation
- Ensure proper receiving, inspection, storage & issuance of materials and goods
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Monitor stock level, temperature check and ensure optimum raw material and good’s availability.
- Conduct regular stock count
- Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, invoices and delivery notes.
- Inspect received goods for quantity and quality
- Supervise warehouse assistants and staffs
- Maintain stock register and warehouse documentation
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Experience: 5-8 years
- Education: bachelor of supply chain management
