We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Executive (Store) for Bashundhara Ready Mix & Construction Industries Ltd., Mirsharai, Chattogram.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the receipt, verification, and storage of raw materials, spare parts, and finished products.
- Maintain real-time stock records and update the inventory management system (ERP).
- Ensure materials are stored properly and in an accurate place.
- Coordinate with the procurement team for stock refill and follow up on pending orders.
- Maintain accurate records of all sorts of store related documents.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports to Supervisor.
- Assist in audits and compliance checks by providing necessary documents and stock details.
- Ensure the proper labeling, stacking, and safe handling of materials in the store.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient store environment.
- Follow safety procedures for material handling, lifting equipment, and hazardous materials storage.
- Assist in vendor coordination for incoming material deliveries.
- Experience: 4-6 years
- Education: bachelor in any discipline
- Skills: warehouse safety, warehouse operations, warehouse management, warehouse control, retail management, store management, stock management
