Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols across assigned locations to ensure the safety and security of company assets, facilities, and personnel.
- Identify security risks, suspicious activities, and operational irregularities, and report findings with appropriate recommendations.
- Inspect security arrangements at factories, depots, warehouses, and project sites to ensure compliance with company security standards.
- Investigate security incidents, theft, vandalism, trespassing, and policy violations, and prepare detailed incident reports.
- Coordinate with site management, security supervisors, law enforcement agencies, and relevant authorities to resolve security-related issues.
- Verify the performance, discipline, attendance, and deployment of outsourced and in-house security personnel during field visits.
- Monitor the implementation of security policies, emergency procedures, and access control measures, recommending corrective actions where necessary.
- Submit regular patrol reports, risk assessments, and improvement recommendations while ensuring timely follow-up on identified issues.
