RK Group is looking for motivated and results-driven professionals to join its Sales & Marketing team. The selected candidates will be responsible for door-to-door customer visits, lead generation, market development, customer relationship management, and achieving assigned sales and marketing targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain professional relationships with clients, agencies, vendors, dealers, and business partners.
- Conduct door-to-door visits to prospective and existing customers to promote products and generate leads.
- Collect market feedback and strengthen customer relationships.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and new business opportunities.
- Identify new customers and expand the company's market presence.
- Coordinate with Sales, Design, Logistics, and other internal departments for smooth campaign execution.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and marketing targets.
- Prepare daily field visit, customer feedback, and target achievement reports.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, deliveries, payments, and after-sales service.
- Assist in handling customer complaints and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Monitor competitors' pricing, promotional activities, and market trends.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and marketing expenses.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and professional standards.
- Perform other duties assigned by Management.
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- MBA will be preferred for Sr. Executive.
- 1–5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in marketing is required.
- Experience in a Group of Companies will be an advantage.
- Candidates from Dhaka and Old Dhaka are encouraged to apply. Preference will be given to candidates from these areas.
- Experience: 1 to 5 years
- Education: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing., Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field., MBA will be preferred for Sr. Executive.
