Job Description
We are looking for energetic, experienced, and target-oriented professionals to join our Sales & Marketing team in the Lubricants Sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and customers.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets for lubricants products.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage in the assigned territory.
- Promote and sell company lubricants products to potential customers.
- Visit dealers, retailers, workshops, and industrial clients regularly.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Ensure timely collection of sales orders and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth product distribution and delivery.
- Maintain proper communication with customers and provide excellent after-sales support.
- Execute sales and marketing strategies to increase product visibility and market share.
- Perform other sales and marketing-related duties as assigned by management.
💰 Compensation & Benefits
- TA/DA: BDT 350 per day (Weekly Paid)
- Mobile Bill
- Other benefits as per company policy
Requirements

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the Lubricants Sector.

Strong sales and marketing skills.

Good communication and customer relationship management skills.

Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated.

Willingness to work in the assigned location.
- Must have a personal motorcycle/bike and smartphone.
- Valid motorcycle driving license will be an added advantage.
- Candidates must provide a blank cheque at the time of joining. The company will maintain proper documentation and records during the submission process.
