Shanta Asset Management Limited is looking for Executive / Sr. Executive (Retail Sales) Job Description / Responsibility - Promote and sell equity mutual fund and fixed income mutual fund to potential investors - Explain the benefits of our products to potential customers & persuade them to invest - Achieve and exceed monthly sales target - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients - Ensure excellent customer service and increase the reach of potential investors - Generate potential leads and visit them - Attend inbound & outbound sales calls Educational Requirements - Bachelor/Honors - Skills Required: MS Office, Financial/ Banking service, Presentation skill, Capital Market, Investment Analysis, Sales Target Achievement, Customer Service Experience Requirements - 1 to 5 year(s) - The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): - Banks,Insurance,Investment/Merchant Banking,Financial Consultants - Freshers are also encouraged to apply. Additional Requirements - 1–5 years of experience in banking, financial services, investment advisory, banking, or insurance sector - Strong understanding of capital market products, mutual funds, financial products or investment-related services - Excellent communication, mutual fund, and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic reporting tools.
