Job Context
- We are looking for dynamic, self-motivated, and target-oriented professionals for the position of Executive/Sr. Executive - Real Estate (Plot Sales). The selected candidates will be responsible for promoting and selling residential and commercial plots, generating new clients, and achieving monthly sales targets.
- Promote and sell residential & commercial plots.
- Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, telemarketing, and online platforms.
- Arrange client meetings, site visits, and project presentations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and legal documentation.
- Prepare quotations, sales reports, and maintain customer database.
- Negotiate with clients and successfully close sales deals
- Coordinate with internal departments for booking, documentation, and customer support.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Perform any other sales-related tasks assigned by management.
