Executive / Sr. Executive Opportunity to work in Enterprise Network and Data Center Infrastructure

Netcom Technologies (Pvt) Ltd., a leading provider of enterprise network and data center infrastructure solutions in Bangladesh, currently has two openings for IT professionals with expertise in business development, sales, and marketing for these solutions.

Number of open positions: Two (02).

1. Position-1: Executive / Senior Executive, Enterprise Design and Implementation.
2. Position-2: Executive / Senior Executive, Business Development and Channels.

8. Knowledge of structured cabling systems, including brands such as Commscope, Rosenberger, Vivanco, Belden, Siemon, and Panduit.
9. Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
10. Two to three years of experience; exceptional candidates with fewer years may be considered based on their skills and experience.

Summary of Job Responsibilities.

1. Identify new clients and develop business opportunities for enterprise network and data center infrastructure solutions.
2. Engage with existing and prospective clients to identify and pursue business opportunities for enterprise network and data center solutions.
3. Analyze requirements, prepare designs, and estimate costs for enterprise network and data center infrastructure solutions.
4. Conduct site surveys and prepare survey reports, technical proposals, and financial proposals for direct client submissions, RFPs, tenders, and RFQs.
5. Prepare sales and marketing reports for management.
6. Monitor business target achievement for individual team members and the overall team.
7. Deliver client presentations.
8. Liaise, follow up, and negotiate with clients to secure projects and orders.

Academic and Professional Qualifications.

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Marketing, or Business Administration.
2. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputable university in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science and Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, or Electrical and Communications Engineering is preferred.
3. Certifications such as CCNA are an asset; candidates with certifications must provide certificate numbers for verification.
4. Project management training is advantageous.
5. Sales-related training or certification will be considered an added advantage.

Important Skills.

1. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
2. Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English.
3. Basic understanding of Information Technology related to Hardware and Networks.
