Job Description
Netcom Technologies (Pvt) Ltd, is one of the leading Enterprise Network and Data Center Infrastructure Solution providers in Bangladesh.
Current Openings: Executive / Sr. Executive Commercial, Logistics and Procurement.
Major Responsibilities.
- Maintain the Inventory of the company as per company’s reporting standards.
- Liaison and communicate with vendors for the procurement and supply of Enterprise Network and Data Centre infrastructure products.
- Negotiate pricing with vendors for the procurement and supply of Enterprise Network and Data Centre infrastructure products.
- Maintain contracts and purchase orders with vendors.
- Ensure vendor enlistment documents, financial offers, inventory reports are consistently updated.
- Submit reports to management as per company policy. .
- Maintain and ensure compliance with the company process.
- Deliver products and Ensure delivery of products to clients.
- Submit invoices, collect and ensure the collection of accounts receivables.
Required Skills and Experience.
- Experience in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- One (01) to Two (02) Years Experience in Commercial, Logistics and Procurement of Enterprise Network and Data Centre Infrastructure Products.
- Experienced in understanding Enterprise Network and Data Centre Products and Product Specifications.
- Experienced in assisting with technical and financial proposals.
- Fluent in English, Speaking, Writing and Reading.
Professional and Academic Qualifications.
- A degree in Commerce Business Management, Supply Chain Management and Procurement is required for this role.
