Paperfly is seeking a competent and detail-oriented Executive / Sr. Executive – Operations & Payroll to join our team. This role will focus on driving HR operations, employee welfare, stakeholder management, payroll oversight, and Performance Management Systems (PMS). The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience managing operational HR workflows, employee well-being initiatives, and performance cycles while maintaining a solid understanding of Bangladesh Labor Law.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR operations, leave, attendance, and complete employee lifecycle management.
• Drive employee welfare initiatives, resolve grievances, and foster a healthy work environment.
• Maintain complete employee documentation, HR records, and compliance files accurately.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners for smooth HR service delivery.
• Execute accurate, end-to-end bulk payroll, salary disbursements, and statutory compliance.
• Support appraisal cycles, KPI tracking, and Performance Management System (PMS) reporting.
