- Manage and maintain the IT infrastructure across all showrooms, outlets, and corporate office.
- Ensure uninterrupted operation of LAN/WAN, internet connectivity, POS systems, printers, CCTV, biometric devices, and other IT equipment.
- Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, file sharing, user accounts, and backup systems.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
- Support and maintain ERP, POS, Inventory, Sales, and Reporting systems, including SQL Server database operations.
- Monitor system performance, data integrity, and application availability to ensure business continuity.
- Plan, implement, and coordinate IT setup for new showroom and outlet locations.
- Ensure data security through user access control, regular backups, antivirus management, and disaster recovery procedures.
- Coordinate with software vendors, ISPs, hardware suppliers, and third-party service providers.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, licensing, warranty records, and oversee procurement of IT equipment and services.
- Develop, implement, and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Prepare periodic IT infrastructure, system performance, and service reports for management.
- Experience: 2-6 years
- Education: bachelor of science in computer science and engineering (cse)
- Skills: it support, it infrastructure management, it operations, computer network operations, computer maintenance, information technology
