- Respond fast: Answer client and overseas agent questions about shipments or rates quickly via phone or email.
- Give updates: Keep clients informed on cargo status, including changes in transport milestones or schedules.
- Handle issues: Solve customer complaints and fix service problems in a helpful way.
- Update records: Keep client contact details, interaction history, and booking data clean and accurate in the software.
- Track leads: Capture new sales leads from calls, emails, or marketing campaigns and pass them to the sales team.
- Run reports: Analyze customer data to create reports on client habits and revenue trends.
Requirements
- Experience: 1-5 years
