- Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries, complaints and service requests efficiently.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain professionalism and patience in challenging customer situations.
- Keep customers informed on issue progress and ensure timely follow-up until resolution.
- Follow Incident Management procedures and maintain accurate records/reporting.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Willing to perform outdoor/field duties as required.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quick issue resolution.
- Prepare reports, documentation and provide user training when required.
- Lead and monitor field sales agents to ensure performance targets are met.
- Support field operations including customer visits and service delivery.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and ethical standards in all activities.
- Experience: 1-3 years
