- Collect and maintain monthly TDS & VDS challans from clients.
- Maintain accounting records in QuickBooks and ensure timely financial data updates.
- Prepare monthly reports on Tax & VAT collection, Accounts Receivable (AR) and Bad Debts.
- Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary support for annual audits.
- Liaise with Tax Offices regarding tax certificates, notices, and compliance matters.
- Handle BTRC-related regulatory affairs, including license renewals, domain updates, compliance reporting and communication with relevant departments.
- Work closely with Billing and Revenue teams to support collection and revenue monitoring activities.
- Prepare and maintain service agreements, contracts and related documentation.
- Ensure proper filing and record keeping of financial, regulatory and contractual documents.
- Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management.
- Experience: 1 years
- Education: Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting
