Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented, and experienced professional for the position of Executive / Senior Executive (Accounts). The ideal candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, bank & ledger reconciliations, ERP entry management (SAP & Tally), product costing, budget variance analysis, and audit coordination across our entities.

Key Responsibilities & Job Duties

• Maintain day-to-day accounting operations in accordance with Bangladesh Accounting Standards (BAS), Bangladesh Financial Reporting Standards (BFRS), and company policies.
• Assist and prepare accurate monthly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Prepare and maintain the General Ledger, Cash Book, Bank Book, Journal Register, and Subsidiary Ledgers.
• Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations.
• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, advances, deposits, and fixed assets.
• Prepare monthly budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis reports.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission Income Tax statements, withholding tax calculations, and other statutory reports.
• Coordinate with external auditors, internal auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities during audits and inspections.
• Maintain proper documentation of financial records, contracts, invoices, and supporting documents.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Income Tax Act. 2023, VAT Act 2012, and other applicable laws.
• Perform any other finance, accounts, or compliance-related responsibilities assigned by the management.
  
  

Requirements

• Experience: 2-4 years
• Education: bachelor of business administration in accounting
