- Maintain Supply Chain for spare parts warehouse.
- All Regional Stock Monitoring.
- Branch target vs achievement follows up with field team & dealers.
- To maintain quarterly, haft yearly & yearly audit Inventory of store Department.
- Order Forecast Collection from Team & Submission to HO.
- New shipment receival & physical counting with final Report Submission (Spare parts/Lubricants).
- Transit, Shortage, Damage Claim submission (spare parts / lubricants).
- All Region Warranty Support for parts arrangement as per requirement.
- All promotional Activities execute.
- Regional inventory audit as required & Branch, Dealer visit frequently.
- Special duties and responsibilities:
- To perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time.
- Experience: 1-5 years
- Education: diploma in automobile engineering
- Skills: supply management, supply chain operations, warehouse operations, supplies management, maintenance planning, stock management, mechanical maintenance, knowledge of maintenance procedures, warehouse control
