- Monitor daily sewing production activities to ensure achievement of production targets and planned output.
- Follow up on line loading, style changeover, line balancing, manpower allocation, and production flow.
- Monitor sewing efficiency, productivity, WIP, and production bottlenecks and take necessary corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Quality, IE, Cutting, Finishing, and Maintenance teams to resolve production-related issues.
- Ensure production is carried out according to approved samples, specifications, work methods, quality standards, and buyer requirements.
- Prepare and maintain daily production reports and communicate production status and issues to management.
- Experience: At least 2 years
- Education: bachelor of science in textile engineering (te)
- Skills: garment production, technical knowledge of garment production, production management, garment industry knowledge, knit garment production, garment manufacturing, sewing machine operation, sewing, production engineering, textile industry knowledge
