- To prepare and file Tax returns, including income Tax, VAT, and other relevant Taxes.
- Handle Tax & VAT planning and liaise with respective offices.
- Ensure compliance with local Tax regulations.
- Oversee the accurate calculation and timely payment of VAT.
- Ensure VAT returns are prepared and filed in accordance with legal deadlines.
- Prepare & present the statements for annual Tax and Tax return.
- Ensure the issuance of Tax Invoice (Mushak-6.3) at every sales point and submission of Value Added Tax Return (Mushak-9.1).
- Keep all Tax & VAT documents updated accordingly.
- Develop tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and optimize tax benefits.
- Ensure that tax records are in compliance with legal requirements.
- Work with external auditors, consultants, and legal advisors on Tax & VAT related matters.
- Liaison with Tax office, appeal, tribunal as well as hearing work etc.
- Any other responsibilities assigned by the Management.
- Experience: At least 2 years
- Education: bachelor of business administration in accounting
- Skills: tax preparation, tax preparation, use tax, taxation knowledge, tax accounting, vat/gst, tax compliance, accountants, audit preparation, responsibilities
