Role Description The Executive / Senior Executive, TP-Link Product Management role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dhaka. The role involves managing TP-Link product portfolios, including planning, pricing, and lifecycle management for networking devices and solutions. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with vendors and internal teams, monitoring inventory and sales performance, and preparing regular reports and forecasts. The position requires conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting the sales team with product knowledge, presentations, and promotional activities. The role also includes collaborating with marketing to develop campaigns, ensuring product training for relevant stakeholders, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of TP-Link and competing products.
Qualifications

• Strong product management and coordination abilities, preferably with experience in IT or networking products.
• Solid understanding of networking technologies, routers, switches, and related hardware solutions.
• Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and reporting to support pricing and sales strategies.
• Effective communication and presentation skills to work with vendors, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Comfort with MS Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and basic ERP or inventory management systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant certifications in networking or product management are an advantage.
• Prior experience in product management, channel sales, or distribution in the technology sector is preferred.
