We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Executive / Senior Executive – Marketing & Sales to support sales, marketing, and business development activities across Solar, Real Estate, and AAC Blocks & Panels. The role will focus on lead generation, customer relationship management, market development, sales conversion, and achievement of revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Identify potential customers, new markets, dealers, distributors, and business opportunities.
- Generate leads through customer visits, direct marketing, networking, digital platforms, and other channels.
- Develop and maintain relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, architects, corporate clients, institutions, dealers, and distributors.
- Promote solar solutions to commercial, industrial, institutional, and other potential customers.
- Promote AAC Blocks & Panels among developers, architects, consultants, contractors, and construction companies.
- Support sales and marketing activities for real estate projects and maintain relationships with prospective buyers and channel partners.
- Conduct regular customer and market visits to identify business opportunities and understand market requirements.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, product presentations, and other sales documents.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, negotiations, orders, deliveries, and customer payments.
- Coordinate with Technical, Production, Project, Logistics, and Finance teams for smooth order execution.
- Maintain updated customer databases, sales pipelines, and sales records.
- Monitor competitors, market prices, customer preferences, and industry trends and provide market feedback to management.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, promotional campaigns, product demonstrations, and other marketing activities.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve sales-related issues.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and activity reports.
- Support expansion of the company's customer, dealer, and distributor network.
- Perform other sales, marketing, and business development responsibilities assigned by management.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a relevant discipline., MBA/PGD in Marketing or related field will be an added advantage.
- Skills: Strong sales and business development skills., Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills., Strong customer relationship management capability., Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated., Ability to identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales., Good market analysis and competitor monitoring skills.
