We are a 100% export-oriented renowned Denim Garments Manufacturer looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional for the position of Executive / Senior Executive – Industrial Engineering (Finishing).
Responsibilities
- Prepare line layouts based on sample requirements and ensure accurate SMV implementation.
- Prepare and analyze IE reports including Efficiency, Target, NPT, and all other production-related reports.
- Monitor Finishing production and ensure housekeeping activities are maintained to achieve daily production targets.
- Identify, monitor, and control bottlenecks in the Finishing section to improve productivity and workflow.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, and other departments to ensure smooth finishing operations.
- Monitor productivity and recommend continuous process improvements.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
- Experience: 3-5 years
- Education: bachelor of science in textile engineering (te)
- Skills: manufacturing engineering, garment finishing, production engineering, industrialengineering, industrial engineering, textile engineering, garment manufacturing, garment industry knowledge
