- Coordinate and follow up on all types of garment samples such as Proto, Fit, Size Set, SMS, PP, and Shipment samples.
- Review tech packs, specifications, approved samples, and buyer comments to ensure accurate sample development.
- Coordinate with Merchandising, Pattern, CAD, Cutting, Sewing, Washing, and Quality teams for timely sample completion.
- Monitor sample measurement, fitting, workmanship, construction, and overall quality according to buyer requirements.
- Follow up on buyer comments and ensure necessary corrections are completed within the required timeline.
- Maintain sample status, approvals, comments, and other necessary records and reports.
- Experience: At least 2 years
- Education: bachelor of science in textile engineering (te)
- Skills: technical knowledge of garment production, garment industry knowledge, garment manufacturing, garment production, textile inspection, garment finishing, textile testing, garment fitting, apparel sourcing, pattern making
