Position: Executive – Sales Operations & Project Coordination

Location: 18 Kazi Nazrul Islam Avenue, Shahbag, Dhaka.

Job Summary

Responsible for supporting sales operations, client onboarding, project coordination, documentation, billing coordination, software setup, and partner management to ensure smooth project delivery and client support.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update CRM, client, and sales data.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, work orders, and required sales documents.
• Coordinate enterprise project implementation with internal teams.
• Support client onboarding and prepare CRD, BRD, SRS, and related documents.
• Coordinate with Billing and Finance teams for invoicing and payment-related requirements.
• Follow up with Product and Technical teams for integration, implementation, and issue resolution.
• Create and configure client software panels/accounts.
• Maintain internal communication, project records, and documentation.
• Coordinate partner/reseller integration, commission calculation, and disbursement process.
• Manage client issues/tickets and coordinate with Sales Operations and relevant teams for timely resolution and follow-up.
• Use Odoo to manage sales operations, client records, tickets, follow-ups, and related sales processes.
• Manage sales projects from requirement gathering and scheduling through software delivery, support, and final handover.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, IT, or a related field.
• Strong communication, coordination, documentation, and follow-up skills.
• Good knowledge of Odoo, CRM, MS Excel/Google Sheets, and business documentation.
• Ability to coordinate with Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, Product, Technical, and Support teams.
