Role Description The Executive – Sales & Operation E-commerce will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day online sales activities and ensuring smooth operational processes for e-commerce channels. This full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka, Bangladesh includes managing product listings, monitoring order flow, coordinating with warehouse and delivery teams, and ensuring timely fulfillment. The position involves tracking sales performance, analyzing data, and implementing strategies to increase online revenue and customer satisfaction. The executive will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to maintain accurate inventory, resolve operational issues, and support promotional campaigns. The role also includes preparing regular reports, maintaining documentation, and contributing to process improvements within the e-commerce operations.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in e-commerce operations, including order processing, inventory coordination, and vendor or logistics management.
• Experience in sales activities such as lead follow-up, customer communication, and basic sales reporting for online channels.
• Proficiency with digital tools and platforms, including e-commerce portals, spreadsheets, and basic data analysis for performance tracking.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet operational deadlines.
• Clear and professional communication skills in English and Bangla, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in managing day-to-day operational challenges.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in retail, e-commerce, or event-related operations in Bangladesh will be considered an advantage.
