- Promote and sell the company’s land/resort share projects to prospective clients.
- Generate new sales leads through field visits, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and site visits.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Follow up on sales inquiries and convert leads into successful sales.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports and update customer information regularly.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Familiar with CRM management.
- Experience: 2-4 years
