Executive – Sales & Business Development

Employment Status: Full-time

Job Location: Dhaka

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in software sales is required.
• Experience in selling ERP, HRM, Accounting, Purchase, Sales, Inventory, or SaaS software will be highly preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and software demos.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with prospects.
• Achieve sales targets and close deals.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
• Maintain sales records and prepare reports for management.
• Create and deliver product/service video presentations when required.
