About The Role
We are looking for a Sales & Operations Executive to manage the sales and daily operations of Avijatrik-managed resorts.
The person will be responsible for increasing bookings, handling customers, coordinating with resort teams, and making sure guests receive a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle sales and bookings for Avijatrik-managed resorts.
- Communicate with customers through phone, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into bookings.
- Coordinate with resort teams to confirm rooms, packages, food, activities, and other services.
- Maintain booking records and update daily sales information.
- Coordinate with customers before, during, and after their stay.
- Handle customer complaints and solve operational issues quickly.
- Work with the marketing and sales team to promote resort packages and special offers.
- Prepare and update resort packages, pricing, and availability.
- Coordinate with vendors and resort staff when required.
- Monitor guest feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Support the team in achieving monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Be available when necessary to handle urgent customer or operational issues.
