Bangladesh Edible Oil Limited (BEOL) is looking for competent and dynamic professional candidate.
- Plan and execute daily rice production activities to meet production targets.
- Monitor the parboiling, drying, milling, sorting, and packing processes.
- Ensure product quality complies with company and regulatory standards.
- Supervise operators and coordinate manpower for smooth production operations.
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime.
- Prepare daily production reports and Schedule of Paddy & Rice.
- Optimize production efficiency, yield, and material utilization while reducing wastage.
- Maintain compliance with food safety, GMP, HACCP, and workplace safety requirements.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Warehouse, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams if required.
- Manage raw material and finished goods to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Utilize SAP S/4HANA for production-related transactions, reporting, and documentation.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for operational issues.
- Train and guide production personnel in standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
- Experience: 2-5 years
- Education: bachelor of science in food engineering (fe-food)
