- Handle domestic and international flight reservations efficiently and accurately.
- Issue, reissue, refund, and cancel air tickets in accordance with airline policies.
- Provide accurate flight schedules, fare quotations, availability, and travel information to customers.
- Manage reservations through, Galileo, Sabre, or other GDS platforms and airline portals.
- Monitor fare changes, schedule changes, cancellations, and other airline updates.
- Coordinate effectively with airlines, consolidators, travel partners, and customers.
- Follow up on booking confirmations, ticketing deadlines, schedule changes, and other travel-related updates.
- Maintain accurate booking records and prepare daily reservation and ticketing reports.
- Resolve customer queries and booking-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, airline regulations, and industry standards.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and professional communication.
- Experience: 1-3 years
- Education: bachelor of arts
- Skills: airline reservations, airline ticketing, airline management, travel industry knowledge, air ticketing, travel booking, international flight operations, travel booking systems, guest services, knowledge of reservation systems
