Responsibilities & Context
- Assist in the design, development, and improvement of electrical products and components.
- Conduct product testing, performance evaluation, and validation to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Prepare and maintain technical documents, product specifications, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and test reports.
- Coordinate with Production, QA, and Engineering teams to support prototype development, pilot runs, and product launches.
- Investigate product failures and recommend design or process improvements to enhance quality and reliability.
- Evaluate new raw materials, components, and technologies for product development and cost optimization.
- Ensure products comply with applicable national and international standards.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to support innovation and continuous product improvement.
