- Ensuring proper dispensing of raw materials and packaging from the warehouse.
- To perform in process control check, BMR-BPR checking and batch release activities, ensuring checking during packaging of pharmaceutical products.
- Ensuring cleaning of all machinery and different areas. Ensuring the sampling of swab test for cleaning validation.
- To establish proper batch documentation system, reviewing data and assessing problems. To ensure calibration of IPC apparatus.
- To handle Deviation, Change control, market complaint, CAPA, returned goods, rejections etc. Preparation of SOP`s, Protocol, SMF, VMP, Quality Manual.
- Ensuring cleaning validation and qualification of machinery, HVAC systems, compressed air system and purified water system. To perform sampling and testing of raw materials finished products and packaging materials.
- To perform sampling and testing of purified water, ETP water and maintain records.
- To prepare reagents and standardization, storage of reagents and maintain records.
- To prepare standard operating procedure (SOP) of QC Equipments.
- To affix sample tag, release tag/reject tag on container of raw & packaging materials.
- To perform Calibration and Maintenance of QC Equipments.
- Experience: 0-3 years
- Education:
- Skills: quality control procedures, knowledge of quality control, quality control, pharmacy quality assurance, pharmacy operations, quality control methods, quality control tools, laboratory equipment maintenance, laboratory management
