Executive QMS

Role Description The Executive QMS (Quality Management System) is a full-time, on-site role based in Mymensingh. The role involves implementing, maintaining, and monitoring the company’s QMS to ensure compliance with internal policies, buyer requirements, and relevant standards. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and updating QMS documentation, conducting internal audits, supporting root cause analysis and corrective actions, and tracking quality performance indicators. The Executive QMS will collaborate with production, quality control, merchandising, and compliance teams to align processes with QMS requirements and drive continuous improvement. The role also includes organizing training on QMS procedures, assisting in external audits, and preparing regular reports for management on system performance and opportunities for enhancement.
Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems, including documentation control, standard operating procedures, and audit processes.
• Hands-on experience with internal quality audits, nonconformity management, corrective and preventive actions, and continual improvement initiatives.
• Understanding of garment manufacturing processes, quality checkpoints, and buyer compliance requirements in the apparel industry.
• Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting, with the ability to use spreadsheets and basic office software to track quality metrics.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and conduct training on QMS practices.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a structured approach to process management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in a quality or QMS-focused role within a manufacturing environment, ideally in garments or textiles, will be an advantage.
• Willingness to work on-site in Mymensingh and to adapt to a dynamic production environment.
