- Execute local procurement activities in accordance with approved Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and company procurement policies.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers for materials, products, and services.
- Obtain and analyze competitive quotations and prepare Comparative Statements (CS) for management approval.
- Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely follow-up with suppliers for delivery.
- Coordinate with user departments, Stores, Finance, Planning, and suppliers to ensure smooth procurement operations.
- Monitor supplier performance with respect to quality, delivery timelines, pricing, and responsiveness.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, vendor databases, quotations, POs, and related documentation.
- Support vendor development and identify alternative suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, approval procedures, and internal controls.
- Support inventory optimization and handle urgent/emergency procurement requirements when necessary.
- Experience: At least 2 years
