Position: Executive – Production & Logistics

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a technically skilled and responsible Executive – Production & Logistics to coordinate and supervise end-to-end production operations, from raw material collection and firmware programming to QC coordination, packing, warehouse handover, RMA management, and reporting.

• Manage logistics and device movement.
• Maintain the RMA Book and device repair/replacement records.
• Upload and configure firmware in PCBs/devices.
• Coordinate with QC for testing, rework, and approval.
• Coordinate with IT Support for technical issues.
• Ensure inventory synchronization for devices and materials.
• Supervise packing, labelling, and warehouse handover.
• Prepare daily production, RMA, and inventory reports.

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in EEE, Electronics, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, or a relevant technical field.
• Preferably 1–3 years of experience in electronics production, IoT devices, PCB-based products, hardware manufacturing, QC, or related operations.
• Knowledge of PCB handling, firmware programming, electronic assembly, basic troubleshooting, and MS Excel.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, reporting, and communication skills.
