- Monitor & ensure the manufacturing process as per planning, guidelines & standard operating procedure to ensure in-time production.
- Ensures GMP guidelines in every stage of manufacturing such as dispensing, processing, coating, encapsulating, compressing, blistering, packaging etc.
- To assists immediate superior in preparing daily/monthly Production plan as per market demand of the Products.
- Ensures all manufacturing activities are performed according to the approved written procedure & all data generated during production are fully documented & recorded in specific formats & logbooks.
- Ensures all the written SOPs, BMRs, BPRs etc. are strictly followed.
- To co-ordinate with engineering department for timely action in case of maintenance works
- Additional duties as assigned by the superior.
- Experience: 0-3 years
- Education: pharmacy
- Skills: cgmp manufacturing, manufacturing engineering, manufacturing operations management, production management, manufacturing processes, production engineering, daily operations management
