We are looking for a professional who will support product management, technical marketing and field-oriented Aqua business activities. Working closely with Sales & Marketing and relevant cross-functional teams to strengthen Aqua product performance, technical communication and market development. The selected professional has to cover below responsibilities
- Plan, develop and manage Aqua products throughout their product life cycle.
- Develop product positioning, product literature, technical contents, presentations and promotional materials.
- Provide technical support to Sales & Marketing and conduct product / technical training for sales personnel, dealers and field teams.
- Support fish disease diagnosis, treatment protocols and technically appropriate field recommendations.
- Monitor Aqua market trends, competitor products, pricing and emerging customer needs.
- Collect, analyze and communicate field feedback and market intelligence to management.
- Plan and support farmer meetings, seminars, consultant meetings, technical programs and field activities.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain and Sales teams.
- Support new product development, product registration, regulatory documentation and regular management reporting.
- Experience: 1-2 years
- Education: bachelor of science in fisheries
- Skills: technical sales, sales support, product management, product management, technicalsales, productmanagement, aquaculture, solutions marketing, project support, technical leadership
